Job Description
The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
Assists in analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services to enhance departmental performance. Supervises daily nursing operations across assigned areas, collaborating with other departments to meet quality, safety, and service goals. Monitors patient outcomes, staff development, and performance, providing feedback to support continuous improvement. Participates in developing and executing strategic plans for the nursing service line. Ensures staff adhere to best practices, safety protocols, and organizational standards. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred), 2+ years clinical experience, prior supervisory or leadership experience (preferred), RN licensure, and BLS certification.
Multiple shifts available; full-time position.
