Job Description

The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective nursing care, supporting the Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating departmental processes and programs.

They are responsible for supervising nursing activities in assigned areas, managing resources to meet quality and productivity standards, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

The role involves daily operational oversight of a 24-hour nursing department, collaborating with other departments to achieve safety, quality, community, and service excellence goals.

Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent policy application, monitoring patient outcomes, and supporting staff development.

Qualifications include a preferred BSN, 2+ years of clinical experience, prior leadership experience, and active RN licensure with BLS certification. Multiple shifts are available for full-time employment.
