Job Description
Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care with at least one year of experience.
Provides comprehensive in-home wound care, including assessments, advanced treatments, medication management, and patient education.
Develops individualized care plans and collaborates with healthcare teams, ensuring quality and continuity of care.
Full-time, salaried position with flexible weekday hours, no on-call, evenings, or weekends.
Requires local travel (75%), with equipment, supplies, and training provided.
Qualifications include certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA, state licensure, wound care experience preferred, and ability to obtain prescriptive authority.
