Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for Primary Care in Live Oak, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.
