Speech Language Pathologist – Adult Autism Services

Job Description

Eden Autism is seeking a full-time *Speech-Language Specialist* to join our Adult Services (21+) programs.

Our team supports adult participants by enhancing their receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language skills through assessments, goal setting, training, and interventions.

Responsibilities include:
• Improving communication via verbal, sign language, pictures, or augmentative devices
• Developing and implementing individualized speech/language plans
• Tracking progress and training staff to integrate speech programs into daily routines

Must have:
• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, NJ license
• 2+ years experience, preferably with autism
• Valid driver’s license

Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass PCM certification.
