Job Description

Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner working Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, providing exceptional patient care in post-acute facilities within your community.

  • Manage and coordinate patient care, conducting rounds, writing orders, and facilitating tests and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and leadership to ensure quality care.
  • Accurately document visits in electronic medical records and handle billing-related records.
  • Receive comprehensive training, shadowing, and support from a Medical Director.
  • Require NP license, DEA certification, excellent communication, empathy, organizational skills, and prior relevant experience preferred.

  • Position is full-time, day shift, with additional on-call duties, paying $120,000-$135,000 annually.
