Job Description

We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team.

Our multidisciplinary group offers comprehensive care including orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices.

Position details:

Full-time role with a first-year salary of $300,000-$400,000, plus ancillary income opportunities and potential for partnership after one year.

Ancillary income options include PT, DME, real estate, ASC investments, and hospital call.

High demand for various subspecialties, including hand surgery, sports medicine, and joint replacement.

Requirements:

Board certification or eligibility

California medical license or ability to obtain one

Willingness to work in a private practice environment with active participation in group decisions
