LVN Manager, Nurse Staff Development

Job Description

Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD), serving over 227,000 patients across 90+ sites, seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Supervisor to support nursing staff, enhance patient care, and promote staff development.

Under the Director of Nursing, responsibilities include coordinating meetings, coaching staff, conducting trainings, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting quality improvement activities. The role also involves supervising LVN Charge Nurses, onboarding new staff, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Requirements include a current CA LVN license, 1+ year healthcare experience, valid CA driver’s license, and CPR certification. Bilingual skills and prior LVN/MA experience are preferred.
