Job Description

Provides supportive leadership in training, evaluating, and coaching nursing and medical assistant staff, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards.

  • Coordinates meetings, promotes staff development, and manages documentation accuracy.
  • Supports onboarding, conducts competency assessments, and facilitates ongoing education.
  • Supervises staff coverage, models best practices, and participates in continuous improvement activities using Lean tools.
  • Assists with disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and provides leadership in the absence of the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensures compliance with infection control, patient satisfaction, and billing systems.
  • Requires California LVN license, healthcare experience, and valid driving credentials; bilingual skills are a plus.
