Job Description

The Lead Clinician oversees clinical staff and collaborates on treatment plans for unaccompanied minors (UAC).

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field; licensed as LMFT or LCSW in California; and supervisory approval for associate hours.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience with children and families, and supervisory experience.
  • Certifications in evidence-based practices (e.g., TF-CBT, MAP) are preferred.
  • Responsibilities include supervising clinicians, conducting assessments, providing individual and group therapy, developing safety and treatment plans, and ensuring documentation compliance.
  • Additional duties involve sponsor evaluations, training staff, attending meetings, and maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

  • Qualifications include strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills, knowledge of child development and legal requirements, and ability to work flexible hours. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. The position offers full-time employment with benefits, including health, dental, life insurance, and retirement, with a salary range of $100,000-$108,000 annually.
