The Lead Clinician oversees clinical staff and collaborates on treatment plans for unaccompanied minors (UAC).
Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field; licensed as LMFT or LCSW in California; and supervisory approval for associate hours.Must have at least 2 years of experience with children and families, and supervisory experience.Certifications in evidence-based practices (e.g., TF-CBT, MAP) are preferred.Responsibilities include supervising clinicians, conducting assessments, providing individual and group therapy, developing safety and treatment plans, and ensuring documentation compliance.Additional duties involve sponsor evaluations, training staff, attending meetings, and maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.Qualifications include strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills, knowledge of child development and legal requirements, and ability to work flexible hours. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. The position offers full-time employment with benefits, including health, dental, life insurance, and retirement, with a salary range of $100,000-$108,000 annually.
