Join our team as a Skin & Wound Care Provider in Eugene, leading multidisciplinary wound care teams to improve patient outcomes.

  • Provide expert skin and wound care through assessments, treatments, and minor procedures.
  • Travel weekly for wound rounds and house calls within the region.
  • Collaborate virtually with medical specialists and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Track wound healing progress and document in our EMR system.
  • Lead and develop teams to ensure faster wound healing and quality care.

    • Ideal candidates: Licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with 1-2 years of wound care experience preferred, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
