1099 Medical Doctor, IPV (20+ state licenses required)

Job Description

This contractor MD role involves establishing and managing patient relationships for chronic care management in post-acute communities.

• Provide approximately 8-12 onsite clinical visits per month, totaling around 300-375 visits.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record system during visits.
• Deliver end-of-day reports to program administrators to track visit completion.
• Require active, unrestricted MD/DO licenses in multiple states and reliable transportation.
• Must have excellent clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and familiarity with healthcare technology.
• Travel within 1-2 hours of assigned region is necessary.

Compensation ranges from $10,000 to $15,000 per month, depending on experience and location.
