Seeking a full-time California-Licensed LCSW to serve at two health centers in far-northern California, working with a diverse, underserved population of all ages.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnoses, individual and group therapy, family services, and case management for children and adults, collaborating with community resources, and providing crisis intervention.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, and valid California BBS licensure. Must be able to travel between sites and attend trainings. Post-hire requirements include CPR certification and professional attire.
Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $76,000 annually with comprehensive benefits, loan repayment eligibility, and paid travel. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and adherence to ethical standards.
