Seeking a full-time, California-Licensed LCSW to serve at two health centers in far-northern California, working with a diverse, underserved population of all ages.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnoses, individual and group therapy, family services, and case management, with collaboration with community and social service organizations. The role involves crisis intervention, treatment planning, counseling, home visits, and resource coordination.
Qualifications require a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, and a valid California BBS license. Travel between sites (25%) and attendance at trainings are necessary.
