We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in Tulare, CA.

Conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide preventive services like vaccinations and screenings.

Manage chronic illnesses and coordinate with specialists.

Educate patients and families on health management.

Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $245,000-$357,344, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and relocation assistance. Must be able to commute or relocate to Tulare and willing to travel 25%. In-person work required.
