Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Counselor

Job Description

Join a compassionate, client-centered team dedicated to helping individuals achieve self-sufficiency through mental health and supportive services.

This full-time outpatient therapist role offers a unique benefit: work 36 hours but get paid for 40, with 10% of hours allocated for self-care, plus complimentary weekly yoga.

Provide therapy to individuals with severe mental illness, trauma survivors, and those with substance use or co-occurring disorders.

No on-call or after-hours crisis response required.

Opportunities to facilitate groups, conduct assessments, and provide individual counseling.

On-site supervision with a credentialed supervisor and weekly group supervision.

Requirements: Master’s in counseling or related field, licensed (LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC), with preferred 1 year of clinical experience.
Skills in DSM-5, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and cultural sensitivity are essential.
