We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide psychiatric medication management and therapy for geriatric patients in nursing home settings.
Deliver psychotherapeutic services, including initial assessments and personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff to ensure seamless care.
Maintain accurate documentation per regulations.
Requirements include a master’s degree in social work or counseling, active IL license, and experience with mental health diagnoses.
Work involves day, evening, and holiday shifts, in person in Moline, IL.
