We are seeking a compassionate _*Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner*_ for a full-time primary care role in Fairlawn, VA, offering a *4-day work week* with no weekends.
Manage a patient panel with acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and heart issues. Provide preventive care, wellness exams, and support value-based care initiatives such as screenings and care gap closures. Exercise independent judgment under physician supervision, with prescriptive authority for Schedule II-V medications. Work approximately 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional charting and follow-up outside patient hours.
