Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate _*Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner*_ for a full-time primary care role in Fairlawn, VA, offering a 4-day work week with no weekends.

  • Manage a panel of patients with acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, and thyroid disorders.
  • Provide preventive care, screenings, and evaluate acute illnesses.
  • Exercise independent judgment under physician supervision, maintaining prescriptive authority for controlled substances.
  • Champion value-based care initiatives such as wellness exams and population health management.
  • Schedule typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional charting outside patient hours.
