Elevate Physical Therapy is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation outpatient clinic dedicated to helping patients reach their highest potential through personalized care and evidence-based practice. Our collaborative team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists works together to promote function, independence, and overall quality of life across the lifespan.
*Position Summary*
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will collaborate closely with our physical and occupational therapy departments to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults and pediatric patients. We are currently offering part-time hours with the opportunity to increase as our patient base continues to grow.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
* Deliver high-quality therapy services for pediatric and adult populations (depending on caseload).
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and facility standards.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support progress.
* Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and community outreach as needed.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Current WV state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
