Windber Woods Senior Living & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor/Charge Nurse for evening (3p-11p) and night (11p-7a) shifts with rotating weekends.
Must hold a valid unencumbered PA RN license and have ≥2 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. Assist the Director of Nursing in managing daily nursing operations, ensuring staff compliance, and completing administrative tasks. Oversee resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and report incidents. Conduct rounds, assign work, review charting, and ensure policies are followed. Create a positive atmosphere and communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families. Offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, pay rate $35-$37/hr, with shift differentials on weekdays after 3 pm and weekends.
