Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated *Unit Manager* to supervise nursing care on our facility’s unit, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality care.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating with departments, supervising admissions/discharges, managing budgets, participating in surveys, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role involves patient visits, staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and direct nursing care as needed.

Qualifications include a valid RN or LPN license, experience in nursing leadership, strong communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare laws and EMRs.
