Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens position in Beaver Dam, WI. The role involves inpatient/outpatient care with a schedule of 4 days x 10 hours, starting ASAP and ongoing. Shifts are Monday-Thursday with 8 or 10-hour options, including one day of call per week (no weekends) with a 1:4 call ratio and a 15-minute response time. Cases include neuro, OB, pediatrics, MAC, general anesthesia, and elective procedures, with responsibilities such as intubation and IV placement. Requirements include active WI license, board certification, and ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.
