Locum Physician (MD/DO) – Emergency Medicine in Blacksburg, VA

Job Description

Seeking an Emergency Medicine MD for a 2-week locum position in Blacksburg, VA, starting ASAP.

Requirements include VA license, DEA, BE/BC or recent certification, and ATLS; ACLS/PALS needed if not EM boarded.

Shifts include days, nights, and holidays at a Level III Trauma Center with a 40,000 annual ED volume across two facilities.

Compensation is $400/hr, with weekly pay, travel/lodging if needed, malpractice coverage, and dedicated support.

Schedule includes 7a-7p, 2p-10p, and 7p-7a shifts primarily at the Montgomery facility.
