Job Description
Responsible for overseeing nursing practice and operations in assigned areas, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Develops and monitors unit goals, staff performance, and resource utilization to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Acts as an advocate for patients and families, promoting satisfaction and respecting rights. Ensures regulatory compliance, participates in policy development, and leads quality improvement initiatives. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, manages staffing, and supports staff development through coaching and education. Participates in budgeting, resource management, and emergency planning.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, RN license, BLS certification, and full-time work schedule (5 days, 8 hours).
