Job Description

We are seeking a *Licensed Therapist* (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC) for an outpatient IOP setting, offering full-time and part-time options, with hours Monday-Friday from 1pm-8:30pm.

The role involves facilitating group therapy sessions for adolescent and occasional adult populations, applying evidence-based modalities, and providing age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications include a valid license, at least 2 years of experience working with clinical multidisciplinary teams, and 1 year in outpatient behavioral health, preferably MH/SA IOP. Strong assessment, intervention, and treatment planning skills are essential.
