Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Keene, NH, and nearby areas.
Conduct patient exams, review medical records, and order diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat health conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
Perform wellness visits, medication reconciliation, and educate patients and families on health management.
Maintain accurate records, promote health practices, and oversee overall patient health.
