Operates nationwide, mainly in the Upper Midwest, with dedicated and varied lanes, limited brokered freight, preloaded outbound loads, and drop-and-hook deliveries. Drivers are home weekly, with occasional Sunday departures.
Located within one hour of Afton, MN, drivers report weekly to the yard; position is not remote and open only to in-state applicants.
Requires at least 2 years of Class A driving experience, with specific hazardous materials and OTR experience depending on prior background. New drivers to both OTR and HazMat are ineligible.
Position offers 2,800–3,500 miles/week, pay averaging $90,000–$110,000 annually, with weekly pay, home time, benefits including health, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and reimbursements. Also includes cell reimbursement, fuel cards, paid tolls, and training.
Applicants must pass background checks, have a valid CDL A, and meet safety requirements. Weekly resets at the Afton shop are required; candidates should be within driving distance. Questions assess experience, licensing, safety record, and ability to operate various trailer types.
