Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse, for the Neuro ICU in San Antonio, TX, to provide exceptional patient care on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and assessing neurocritical patients to ensure optimal care
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Responding promptly to patient changes and emergency situations
• Documenting patient progress accurately and efficiently
