Job Description
This position is for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for patients with substance abuse or mental health issues.
Responsibilities include applying evidence-based therapeutic models, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with treatment teams, maintaining accurate records, and providing individual, group, or family therapy in various settings.
The role involves attending trainings, participating in supervision and team meetings, and complying with agency policies and state regulations.
Additional duties include participating in court hearings, monitoring patient satisfaction, staying current with field trends, and timely submission of documentation.
The position is full-time, in-person in Cynthiana, KY, with a schedule of weekdays, day shifts, and requires relocation before starting. Compensation ranges from $62,500 to $85,000 annually, with benefits including paid time off.
