Independently Licensed Counselor/Therapist (LCSW, LPCC Required)

Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) for clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with mental health and substance abuse issues.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and others.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and collaborate with the treatment team to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of screening, treatment, progress, and outcomes.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, trainings, court hearings, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with agency and state policies, and submit required documentation timely.

This full-time role requires in-person work in Cynthiana, KY, with benefits including paid time off. The position involves a typical weekday schedule and requires relocation before starting. Compensation ranges from $62,500 to $85,000 annually.
