The Clinical Nurse provides competent, patient-centered care in a hospital setting, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director. Responsibilities include:

Participating in patient education and assessing learning needs

Evaluating and adjusting care plans collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Performing complex clinical care, bedside testing, and prioritizing patient needs

Supporting professional growth, team collaboration, and promoting a safe environment

Conducting thorough patient assessments, planning, and anticipating discharge needs

Engaging in research and applying evidence-based practices

Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, current RN licensure in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This full-time, onsite day shift role offers 36 hours per week and an opportunity to make a lasting community impact.
