The Clinical Nurse provides competent, patient-centered care in a hospital setting, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director. Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in patient education and assessing learning needs
  • Evaluating and adjusting care plans collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
  • Performing complex clinical care, bedside testing, and prioritizing patient needs
  • Supporting professional growth, team collaboration, and promoting a safe environment
  • Conducting thorough patient assessments, planning, and anticipating discharge needs
  • Engaging in research and applying evidence-based practices
  • Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, current RN licensure in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This full-time, onsite day shift role offers 36 hours per week and an opportunity to make a lasting community impact.
