Job Description
This part-time bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed mental health professional role focuses on supporting youth ages 12-24 impacted by community violence and involved with legal or criminal systems.
They will provide clinical supervision, case reviews, and culturally responsive mental health services, including group and family therapy, within a community-based program.
Responsibilities include reviewing assessments, coordinating care, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, facilitating supervision and team meetings, and participating in program planning and community events.
Required skills include extensive experience with youth and families, trauma-informed care, cultural competency, and supervisory skills. Preferred skills include knowledge of electronic health systems and billing.
Qualifications: Master’s degree, California licensure, bilingual ability, and community experience.
Salary ranges from $55,000-$62,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement. Work is hybrid in San Francisco.
