Family Based Therapist (Master’s Level)

Job Description

This full-time position involves providing in-home structural family therapy as part of a Family-Based Mental Health Service Treatment Team.

Assist in family assessments and contribute to treatment planning.

Offer instruction on parenting, co-parenting, and child development.

Support families in goal setting and resource identification.

Write case notes and reports timely.

Lead and coordinate with other agencies and team members.

Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings.

Work hours are flexible, including evenings and on-call rotations. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, reliable transportation, and experience with children/adolescents.
