Job Description

We are seeking a qualified nursing supervisor to oversee patient care and lead our nursing team. The ideal candidate has extensive registered nurse experience, strong team management skills, and a problem-solving attitude. Additional training in management or administration is a plus. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations and long-term planning.


  • Assign nurses to patients and ensure operational standards are met
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and customer service metrics
  • Ensure policy compliance and train new staff
  • Evaluate staff performance and handle patient and family communications
  • Address complaints and provide psychological support
  • Maintain records of staff, patients, and procedures

    • Required skills include proven supervisory experience, knowledge of hospital procedures and legal regulations, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a valid nursing license.
