Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

We are hiring a licensed LCSW for a part-time or full-time geriatric psych social worker role supporting long-term care facilities in WI and surrounding states.

Responsibilities include providing psycho-social assessments, individual, group, and family therapy to nursing home residents, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in social work, 1-2 years’ experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with technology, and a full state license.
