Seeking a Physician Assistant for a full-time Cardiothoracic Surgery role in Dallas, TX, with a salary of $180,000-$225,000 annually.

Join a high-volume surgical team focusing on first-assist in OR, with limited clinic duties and no rounding. The position involves procedures like CABG, valve replacements, thoracic resections, and robotic cases, requiring endoscopic vein harvesting skills.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, with 4.5 days in the OR, ½ day of post-op clinic, and call rotation including one weekday and one weekend per month. Compensation includes benefits, PTO, CME stipend, and 401(k).

Candidates must have 3+ years of cardiothoracic experience, RNFA or equivalent certification, and endoscopic vein harvesting skills. A commitment of 3+ years is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
