Mental Health Therapist $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Description

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Therapists. Applicants must be at least 20 years old, with a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.

Salary: $57,000 annually, based on education and experience.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution, and valid licensure (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT). A driver’s license and auto insurance are also needed.

Experience required: at least one year of supervised providing therapy to children and adolescents, with coursework in child development and counseling.

The Therapist provides trauma-informed case management and therapy, collaborating with hospitals, schools, and the community to meet client needs.
