Job Description
This full-time Therapeutic Therapist position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling to youth in foster care.
It requires compliance with state, contractual, and organizational paperwork standards, along with offering crisis stabilization services to clients and foster caregivers.
The role emphasizes staying current with industry developments through ongoing education and attending relevant training.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in mental health, counseling, or social work, along with licensure as a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, marriage and family therapist, or professional counselor. Candidates not fully licensed must have supervised therapy experience.
The position reports to a Program or Regional Director, offers a salary between $48,000 and $52,000, and includes benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support.
