Durango Health and Rehab is a subacute and long term care facility that also offers outpatient services. Caseload can be a mix of subacute, long term care, and outpatient. There are limited ST outpatient services in this area so we are looking to expand our speech services in the larger community through building our outpatient services. We are in the process of purchasing FEES equipment and currently have two FEES certified SLPs.
DHR is a Ensign affiliate building, allowing us to largely function independently but with company support. This means we are able to make decisions about what works best for us and what is needed in our specific building and community. We encourage professional growth, if there is an unmet need we will cover continuing education to ensure we have strong therapists and patients are receiving the best care possible. Productivity expectation for evaluating therapists is 82%
Opportunities for career growth include our master clinician program, assistant DOR, outpatient manager with tracks to higher leadership available.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48.00 – $53.00 per hour
