Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for a residential behavioral health program in Minter, AL, housing male adolescents aged 10-18. The role involves managing daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including counseling, education, and other departments. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, coaching, participating in resident admissions, and overseeing resource allocation. Must possess an active RN license in Alabama, CPR/BLS certification, and supervisory experience of at least 2 years, preferably with psychiatric nursing background. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, along with cultural competency and integrity. The role is full-time, salary-based ($28-$32/hour), requiring a minimum of 40 hours weekly, on-call availability, and reliable transportation.
