Job Description

Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for a residential adolescent behavioral health facility in Minter, AL.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily nursing operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Must possess an active RN license in Alabama, CPR/BLS certification, and supervisory experience of at least 2 years. Psychiatric nursing experience is preferred.

Ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational, critical thinking, and cultural competency skills, and can adapt to high-stress situations.

Position is full-time, salaried ($28-$32/hr), with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off. Requires residence within 60 miles of Minter, AL, reliable transportation, and ability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week plus on-call duties.
