We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist 3 for our NICU/PICU nights in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities include

Providing advanced respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients in critical settings

Managing ventilators, airway management, and ventilator weaning

Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly

Skills required include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
