Job Description

Growing psychiatric practice seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for long-term care in Illinois.

We offer access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, ideal for new or experienced providers.

We value team spirit, positivity, empathy, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.

Requirements include current IL license, Master’s degree, prescriptive authority eligibility, BCLS certification, and willingness to drive to facilities. PMHNP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities involve patient assessments, care plan development, documentation, collaboration, and patient education.

Benefits include a $5k sign-on bonus, annual bonuses ($5k–$10k), 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and referral incentives.

Position offers full-time or part-time roles with annual pay between $120,000–$140,000. Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or PA and Illinois licensure are preferred.

Work is in person across multiple Illinois locations.
