Job Description

We are seeking *Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants* for a growing psychiatric practice specializing in long-term care in Illinois.

Our team offers access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers.

Ideal candidates are passionate, team-oriented, empathetic, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements:**

  • IL license (current)
  • Master’s degree in nursing or physician assistant program
  • PMHNP Board Certification preferred
  • Eligible for Prescriptive Authority in IL/WI
  • BCLS certification
  • Willing to drive to facilities

    • **Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
  • Use EHR systems for documentation
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families
