Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Behavioral Health

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Therapist with experience in mental health counseling to support families facing developmental disabilities and autism.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on best practices.

Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling to improve family dynamics.

Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.

Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Manage cases with accurate documentation and facilitate support groups for affected families.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, valid licensure, and experience with developmental disabilities or autism preferred. Strong communication, case management, and research skills are essential.

Job is full-time with benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Requires at least 1 year of experience working with serious mental illness. In-person position, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work.
