Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and travel to patient sites in Atlantic & Cape May Counties.

As a key team member, you will perform physical exams, interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and manage patient care. You will also educate patients and referring clinicians about services and care plans. Travel is required to meet patient needs and collaborate with external healthcare partners.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct patient exams and review medical history
  • Order and interpret lab and imaging results
  • Diagnose health conditions and prescribe treatments
  • Maintain accurate records and educate patients
  • Monitor patient health profiles

    • **Qualifications:**
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license, BLS/ACLS, DEA/CDS licenses
  • Experience in primary, acute, or chronic care
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
