Job Description

Campbell County Health seeks an Occupational Medicine Physician to join their expanding team in Gillette, WY.

Responsibilities include clinical care—pre-placement exams, wellness services, occupational illness treatment, workers’ compensation, and disability evaluations—and corporate relations such as business development, health trend analysis, policy development, and risk mitigation. The role involves supervising APPs, managing patient records, and participating in legal processes related to workers’ comp.

The candidate should hold an MD/DO, be board-certified or eligible in Occupational Medicine, possess Wyoming licensure, and have excellent communication skills. FMCSA certification for DOT exams is preferred. The position offers a competitive salary (from $300,000/year), benefits—including insurance, bonuses, loan repayment, relocation assistance, and visa sponsorship—and a Monday–Friday schedule.
