Job Description

Seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician to join a growing department in northeastern Wyoming.
Responsibilities include clinical care such as wellness exams, occupational injury treatment, workers’ compensation, and fitness for duty evaluations, as well as corporate relations involving health trend analysis and policy development.
The role combines outpatient clinical work (initially 0.6-0.8 FTE) with corporate engagement (initially 0.4-0.2 FTE). Candidates should have an MD or DO, completed Occupational Medicine residency, Board eligibility/certification, and Wyoming medical licensure.
Qualifications include excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in medical record management. Preferred experience includes FMCSA certification, bilingual ability, and prior occupational medicine practice.
Compensation offers a competitive salary from $300,000+ plus incentives, benefits, and relocation support.
The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, based in Gillette, WY, with potential travel and relocation assistance.
