CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant – Rehabilitation Hospital – Full Time

Job Description

Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, this role assists with routine patient care activities, clerical tasks, and organizational duties in a nursing unit.

Responsibilities include aiding in patient admission, transfer, and discharge, preparing rooms, transporting stable patients, maintaining confidentiality, managing supplies, and responding to patient needs and emergencies.

Must communicate effectively with team members, observe patient condition changes, and adapt care to meet individual needs. Demonstrates competence in performing assigned tasks and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

Requirements include a CNA license, BLS certification, high school diploma (preferred), and patient care experience in acute settings (preferred).

Work schedule is from 7AM to 7PM, full-time.
